ERP Modules
QTO ERP is organized into focused business modules. Each module has its own pages, workflows, records, and permissions, while the platform keeps access and navigation in one workspace.
How modules are organized
Section titled “How modules are organized”Modules group related work together so users can find the tools they need quickly. For example, Attendance brings daily time tracking, leave, calendars, and attendance corrections into one area.

Attendance module
Section titled “Attendance module”Attendance is the first fully documented module in this guide. It supports the day-to-day workflow from starting a work session to reviewing the finished record:
- Use Clock In to start a work session.
- Use Break In and Break Out to record manual breaks.
- Use Clock Out to finish the session.
- Review Attendance Records, including working hours, break time, overtime, under hours, and attendance flags.
- Submit a correction if a clock or break time is incorrect.
- Apply for leave and track its approval status when time away is planned.
Who uses Attendance?
Section titled “Who uses Attendance?”- Employees record their own time, breaks, leave, and corrections.
- Managers and team leads review team attendance when their permissions allow it.
- HR and administrators manage records, leave workflows, corrections, and configuration according to their assigned access.
