Total Employees	Distinct employees with payslips in the selected period.
Gross Payroll	Total gross payroll for the selected period.
Net Payable	Total net pay for the selected period.
Income Tax	Total income tax deducted for the selected period.
Allowances	Total allowances for the selected period.
Deductions	Total deductions for the selected period.
Avg Salary	Average net salary across records in the period.
Pending	Payslips with pending payment status.
