Why can I not edit a job?
Section titled “Why can I not edit a job?”Editing is limited once a job is published. Review the job status before trying to edit.
Why is Approve disabled for an application?
Section titled “Why is Approve disabled for an application?”Approve is available only when exactly one selected application has status Applied.
Why is Shortlist disabled?
Section titled “Why is Shortlist disabled?”Shortlist is available from the application detail page when the application is Under Review.
Why can I not send a shortlist email?
Section titled “Why can I not send a shortlist email?”The selected application must be Shortlisted, and the shortlist email must not already be sent.
Why can I not reject an application?
Section titled “Why can I not reject an application?”The list page blocks rejection for applications that are already rejected, interview scheduled, shortlisted, or offer declined. The detail page allows rejection for Applied, Under Review, and Shortlisted.
Why can I not send an offer?
Section titled “Why can I not send an offer?”Offers can be sent only from Applicant Screening for applications in Interviewed.
Can candidates apply twice for the same job?
Section titled “Can candidates apply twice for the same job?”No. The candidate eligibility check blocks duplicate applications for the same job.
Are onboarding and offboarding available in Careers?
Section titled “Are onboarding and offboarding available in Careers?”Backend services exist for onboarding, assets, and offboarding. No dedicated Careers frontend page was found in the inspected source, so UI access needs product confirmation.
Does Careers include a dedicated ATS pipeline board?
