Offers

Candidates can respond to an active job offer from the tracking page. Secure offer links can also open an offer result page.

Offer states

State	Candidate experience
Offer active	The tracking page shows Accept Offer and Reject Offer.
Offer accepted	The application shows Offer Accepted and moves toward onboarding or hiring.
Offer declined	The application shows Offer Declined.
Offer expired	The offer result page explains that the secure link is no longer active.
Invalid link	The offer result page explains that the offer link is invalid or no longer available.

Accept an offer

1. Open Track Applications.
2. Find the application with an active offer.
3. Select Accept Offer.
4. Confirm Yes, Accept Offer.

After acceptance, the portal confirms the offer and recruitment can begin onboarding preparation.

Decline an offer

1. Open Track Applications.
2. Find the application with an active offer.
3. Select Reject Offer.
4. Optionally enter a reason for declining.
5. Confirm Yes, Decline Offer.

Offer result page

The /offer/status page can show accepted, declined, expired, or invalid states after an offer link is used.
