Reports and Exports

The inspected Attendance frontend does not include a dedicated standalone Reports page. Do not expect a separate Attendance Reports screen in the current implementation.

Verified exports

Exports are available from implemented list pages, including Attendance Records and correction/leave pages where the UI exposes export actions.

On Attendance Records, use Export Data to export the current attendance data. The export modal supports preview and validation for required options such as date range and file type.

Export scope

Exported data follows the same data visibility rules as the page:

users without team/all access export only their accessible records
team users export accessible team records
all-attendance users can export broader records

Some export options are hidden unless the user can view all attendance records.

Analytics endpoints

Backend attendance analytics endpoints exist and are used for summary data. Because no dedicated Attendance Reports page was found in the frontend, analytics APIs are not documented as a user-facing report screen.
