HR / Recruitment Guide
The HR / Recruitment area is used to manage hiring work inside QTO. It covers requisitions, jobs, applications, applicant screening, interviews, assessments, and offers.

Typical Workflow
Section titled “Typical Workflow”- Create a requisition.
- Save it as a draft or submit it for approval.
- Approve or reject the requisition.
- Create a job from the approved hiring need.
- Publish or schedule the job.
- Review new applications in All Applications.
- Approve, shortlist, or reject candidates.
- Send shortlist email when needed.
- Create interview slots and schedule interviews.
- Use assessments where enabled.
- Mark interview progress and send an offer from Applicant Screening.
- Candidate accepts or declines the offer.
