Dashboard and Analytics

The Careers dashboard is the entry page for internal Careers users. It greets the signed-in user and shows quick stats.

How to Access

Open Careers without selecting a deeper page.

The dashboard page is shown for authenticated internal users.

Information Shown

The visible dashboard text is:

• Welcome to Careers
• Manage requisitions, jobs, candidates, applications, interviews, offers, onboarding, employees, and recruitment workflows.
• Hello, {user}! This is your careers dashboard.

Quick Stats shown:

Stat	Meaning
Open Requisitions	Requisitions currently open.
Active Candidates	Candidates currently active in the hiring process.
Interviews This Week	Interviews scheduled for the week.

Note

The quick-stat values are currently static in the inspected frontend. Backend statistic endpoints exist for requisitions, jobs, applications, screening, available slots, dashboard stats, and pipeline stats.

Analytics Available in the Implementation

The backend supports statistics for:

• Requisitions.
• Jobs.
• Applications.
• Pipeline.
• Applicant screening.
• Available interview slots.
• Dashboard stats.

Product Confirmation Needed

• Which backend statistics should replace the current static dashboard cards.
• Whether a dedicated analytics page should exist beyond the dashboard.
• Which roles should see each statistic.
