Application Status

The Track Applications page shows the candidate’s submitted applications and recruitment progress.

Tracking stages

Stage	Meaning
Applied	Application received.
Under Review	Resume and credentials are being reviewed.
Shortlisted	The profile has been shortlisted.
Interview Scheduled	An interview slot is confirmed.
Interviewed	Interview and screening evaluation are in progress or complete.
Job Offer	An official offer package is available or being handled.
Hired	Offer accepted and onboarding or hiring is underway.

The system can return these application statuses:

Empty state

If there are no submitted applications, the page shows No Active Applications and links back to open roles.
