Reports and Exports
Payroll reporting is available through dashboard views, salary record summaries, and export actions.
Dashboard reporting
Section titled “Dashboard reporting”The Payroll Dashboard summarizes:
- total employees
- gross payroll
- net payable
- income tax
- allowances
- deductions
- average salary
- pending payments
- payment status
- salary composition
- payroll trend
- top employees
- allowance totals
- deduction totals
Salary exports
Section titled “Salary exports”| Export | Use |
|---|---|
| Bank transfer export | Prepares finalized salary records for bank transfer processing. |
| Payoneer export | Prepares salary records for Payoneer processing. |
| FBR tax export | Prepares salary tax information for FBR reporting. |
Bank transfer export rejects salary records that are not finalized.
Extra salary bonus exports
Section titled “Extra salary bonus exports”Extra salary bonus payments include separate bank transfer and FBR tax export support.
Payment tracking
Section titled “Payment tracking”Salary records track:
- Payment Status
- paid timestamp
- transaction ID
- payment notes
- Tax Paid
