Onboarding, Employees, Assets, and Offboarding
The Careers backend supports onboarding, asset allocation, employee lifecycle, and offboarding functions. In the inspected Careers frontend, no dedicated page was found for these areas.
Onboarding
Section titled “Onboarding”Backend-supported onboarding functions include:
- View onboarding status for an application.
- View onboarding tasks.
- Complete onboarding tasks.
Onboarding Statuses
Section titled “Onboarding Statuses”| Status | Meaning |

| Pre-Boarding | Before-start-date preparation is in progress. |
| Started | Onboarding has started. |

Offboarding Statuses
