Calendar
Attendance includes calendar pages when enabled for the current role.

| My Calendar | Personal attendance and leave calendar. |
| Team Calendar | Team attendance/leave visibility for users with team access. |
| Leave Calendar | Leave-focused calendar view. |
| Events and Holidays Calendar | Configured calendar dates, events, weekends, and holidays. |
Work calendar impact
Section titled “Work calendar impact”The backend work calendar stores date-level day type. Day type affects Attendance behavior:
- shift matching
- scheduled break automation
- expected working hours
- weekend and holiday overtime behavior
- nightly absence processing
If no explicit work calendar entry exists, the system falls back to weekday/weekend behavior for day-type calculation.
Leave from calendar
Section titled “Leave from calendar”Calendar pages can help employees plan leave. Where the UI supports it, selecting dates can lead into Apply for Leave with the selected range.
Visibility
Section titled “Visibility”Calendar access follows page permissions and employee scope. Users without team or all-access permissions should expect to see only their own calendar information.
