Why can I not clock in?
Section titled “Why can I not clock in?”Common causes are missing attendance.can_checkin_checkout, no Employee profile, no applicable active shift, or an already-open attendance record.
Why can I not break in?
Section titled “Why can I not break in?”You must be checked in, have attendance.can_break_in_out, and have no active open break.
Why is my record marked Late Check-in?
Section titled “Why is my record marked Late Check-in?”Your check-in time was after shift start plus the configured check-in time limit.
Why is my record marked Early Checkout?
Section titled “Why is my record marked Early Checkout?”The calculated day/session did not meet the required working time for the applicable shift.
Why did QTO auto checkout my session?
Section titled “Why did QTO auto checkout my session?”Open attendance records can have scheduled automatic checkout based on shift rules and checkout limits.
Why can I not edit an attendance record?
Section titled “Why can I not edit an attendance record?”You may lack attendance.change_attendancerecord, the record may be outside your access scope, or a pending correction may already exist for that record.
Why is leave balance lower than expected?
Section titled “Why is leave balance lower than expected?”Balances account for used leave and can reserve pending or approved requests during validation. Policy settings such as accrual, monthly limits, carry forward, and probation can also affect availability.
Is there a dedicated Attendance Reports page?
Section titled “Is there a dedicated Attendance Reports page?”No dedicated reports page was found in the inspected frontend. Use verified exports from Attendance Records and related list pages.
