HR User Guide

Use this guide for the standard recruiting flow in Careers.

  1. Open Careers > Requisitions.
  2. Select Create Requisition.
  3. Fill in organization, office, department, role, managers, salary range, priority, skills, qualification, experience, expected start date, and job description.
  4. Select Save Draft if the request is incomplete.
  5. Select Submit for Approval when it is ready.
  1. Open the requisition detail page.
  2. Review Basic Information, Position Details, Management, Timeline, Additional Details, and Job Description.
  3. Select Approve to approve the request.
  4. Select Reject to reject it.
  5. Enter Rejection Reason when rejecting.
  1. Open Careers > Jobs.
  2. Select Create Job.
  3. Complete Basic Info & Requirements.
  4. Complete Employment & Salary.
  5. Set Status & Schedule.
  6. Review the job.
  7. Select Publish Job.
  1. Open Careers > Job Applications > All Applications.
  2. Use Job Title, Status, Priority, Department, or University filters.
  3. Open View details for a candidate.
  4. Review Overview, Applicant Information, Education, Documents & Links, and Initial Score.
  5. Select Approve for a new application.
  6. Select Shortlist for a reviewed application.
  7. Select Reject when the application should not continue.
  1. Open All Applications.
  2. Select shortlisted applications where ShortList Email is Not Sent.
  3. Select Send Shortlist Email.
  1. Open Careers > Job Applications > Interviews.
  2. Create an interview slot.
  3. Add the job, date, time, capacity, location, and instructions.
  4. Review booked candidates.
  5. Approve or reject reschedule requests where needed.
  1. Open Careers > Job Applications > Applicant Screening.
  2. Select an application with status Interviewed.
  3. Select Send Offer.
  4. Enter offered salary.
  5. Enter joining date.
  6. Confirm Send Offer.
  • The candidate can accept or decline the offer.
  • Accepted offers can move into offer accepted, onboarding started, or hired states.
  • Backend onboarding and offboarding services exist, but dedicated Careers UI pages were not found in the inspected frontend.
